Sommercamp 2024 an der Regionalen Schule Klütz – ein Projekt der Partnerschaften für Demokratie Wismar und Nordwestmecklenburg
Vom 5. bis 9. August 2024 verwandelte sich die Regionale Schule Klütz in ein lebendiges Sommercamp. 50 Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 11 bis 19 Jahren aus Wismar und umliegenden Gemeinden wie zum Beispiel Schönberg, Grevesmühlen, Gägelow und Klütz nahmen teil.
Die Woche war randvoll mit Action und Spaß. Vom spritzigen Wasserbomben-Wettkampf über aufregende Kletterpartien im Kletterpark bis hin zu spannenden Minigolf-Turnieren – Langeweile war ein Fremdwort. Ein echtes Highlight war der Ausflug zum Piraten Open Air in Grevesmühlen, das die jungen Teilnehmer begeisterte.
Der Mittwoch stand ganz im Zeichen der Politik: Beim „Grillduell“ trafen die Jugendlichen auf Politikerinnen und Politiker, um ihnen ihre brennenden Fragen zu stellen. Die Antworten wurden direkt vor Ort diskutiert. Im Anschluss an das Camp wird ein Fragenkatalog erstellt, der den beteiligten Politikern zugeschickt wird – ein echter Schritt in Richtung Dialog und Mitbestimmung.
Das Sommercamp 2024 war ein voller Erfolg und bot den Teilnehmern nicht nur jede Menge Spaß, sondern auch die Chance, ihre Stimme zu erheben. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr!
